2. 1. Select the Webmail link on the College website.
Located in the header on every page of the website.
2. Select the Students Office 365 Portal/Webmail
link.
3. 3. Select the Can’t access your account link.
4. Select the Work or school account option.
4. 5. Enter your TRC student email account ending in
@mymail.trcc.edu.
6. Enter the captcha text
that is generated and
select the Next button.
5. 7. Enter the mobile phone number you registered with
your TRC student email account and select the Text
button.
6. 8. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and
select the Next button.
7. 9. Enter a new password, then select the Finish button.
New Student Password Restrictions:
Your new password must have 12 to 16 characters
and contain:
Lowercase characters: a-z
Uppercase characters: A-Z
Numbers: 0-9
Symbols : ! # $ %
8. • Passwords cannot contain the username alias (the part
before the @ symbol in your email address).
• Do not use your Social Security number; that is your
private information.
• Your new password can now be used for your
Blackboard account and student TRC email.
