After meeting with you, your workforce
expert will share all of the information

PHONE INTERVIEW
After identifying potential candidates for
your opening, your workforce partner
and their teams will perform qualifying
interviews to determine which
candidate(s) should be considered.
FIRST RECRUITER
IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
After qualifying a candidate, your
workforce partner will bring candidates
into our office to conduct in-depth,
in-person interviews.
SECOND RECRUITER
IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
After completing the initial interview,
each candidate is introduced to another
member of the TRAK Services team.
This second interview will allow us
to conduct an even more thorough
assessment of the candidate’s skills
and qualifications.

CANDIDATE TESTING
TRAK Services will test each candidate
to ensure they have the specific skills
that you require.
REFERENCE CHECKS
TRAK Services performs reference
checks on each candidate before we
submit them to you, making sure that
you never waste time interviewing a
candidate that may not be a fit for your
position.
DEGREE VERIFICATION
TRAK Services verifies the highest
degree that the candidate has achieved
before submitting the candidate to you.
This helps to ensure that they have the
required education.
INTERVIEW BRIEFING
Your workforce partner will thoroughly
brief the candidate before their
interview with you to make sure
they have an understanding of the
opportunity. In addition, they will brief
you on any of the candidate’s questions
or concerns to enable you to sell your
opportunity.
IN-OFFICE INTERVIEWS
Your workforce partner will schedule
a time with you to conduct interviews
in our office with the top candidates.
This process allows you to see the
candidates back-to-back and choose
the top one or two for final interviews in
your office.
DEBRIEFING
The TRAK Services workforce partner
will thoroughly debrief the candidate
— they will try to find out about any
concerns the candidate may have,
questions they want to ask, and how
they rank your opportunity versus
others. They will then relay this
information to you and ask for your
feedback on the candidate.
SALARY NEGOTIATION
TRAK Services conducts negotiations
long before you ever see the candidates,
ensuring that you are only presented
with candidates who will accept an offer
within your compensation range.
BACKGROUND CHECK
(UPON REQUEST)
Upon your request, TRAK Services will
conduct a background check on the
candidate you have selected to hire.
DRUG TESTING
(UPON REQUEST)
Upon your request, TRAK Services will
perform a drug test on the candidate
you have selected to hire.
CANDIDATE DROP-OFF
On the date the candidate is to start,
your workforce partner will bring the
candidate to your office!
8-HOUR GUARANTEE
TRAK Services provides an 8-hour
guarantee. If you are not happy with
your associate on the first day, we will
replace them immediately and you will
not be responsible for any charges.
TRAK SERVICES RETENTION
PROGRAM
Your workforce partner will follow up
with the candidate throughout their
critical first year of employment to ensure
any issues are directly communicated
to you.
While there is no such thing as a zero-
