Network Operations Managed Services (NOMS)


   Cartesian’s Network Operations Managed Services (NOMS) provide the methods, tools
   and expertise to validate network inventory and topology as the basis to reduce
   capex/opex costs through the managed a) grooming and decommissioning of legacy
   assets, b) optimisation of interconnect costs and c) subscriber migration to advanced
   services.

   Cartesian’s NOMS allow Communications Service Providers to focus their limited
   resources on ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction of their advanced
   services, thereby leaving the profit maximisation of legacy networks and assets in our
   capable hands.

   Cartesian’s NOMS are driven by proprietary methodologies utilising Cartesian’s Ascertain®
   Software platform to provide data integrity and reporting, and are delivered by a
   seasoned team, with more than 20+ years of global network, B/OSS systems and PMO
   expertise.

   Cartesian’s NOMS Portfolio consists of six distinct services. Each of these can be delivered
   separately or in any combination. These services are provided on a managed services
   basis that include a PMO office.
