Prejudice is a baseless and usually negative attitude
toward members of a group. Common features of
prejudice include negative feelings, stereotyped beliefs,
and a tendency to discriminate against members of the
group . Prejudice can also be called as bullying.

Types of Prejudice:
Gender : Male or female
Race : Skin colour (light skin colour and dark skin
colour)
Class : Upper class or Lower class (rich or poor)

Society norms, rules, and roles instruct and
encourage men to value (or devalue) women even in
the United States even where there are anti-
discrimination laws in place to discourage such
attitudes. In the workplace, women are frequently
subjected to subtle discrimination by both sexes.

To be racially prejudiced means to have an
unfavorable or discriminatory attitude or belief
towards someone else or another group of people
primarily on the basis of skin color or ethnicity.

should be reduced:
They hurt the feeling of other people.
They may make other people to stop doing what they
like and they also make that person to do what
others like.
It forces people change their life.
9. Why we should reduce Racial Prejudice?
Here are some further reasons why racial prejudice
and racism should be reduced:
They impede or prevent the object of racism from
achieving his or her full potential as a human being.
They impede or prevent the object of racism from
making his or her fullest contribution to society.
They impede or prevent the person or group
engaging in racist actions from benefiting from the
potential contributions of their victim, and, as a
result, weaken the community as a whole.
