The maiden TEDxIkoyi event was tagged "The Other Side of the Story" and provided a platform for a curated mix of 6 speakers to share fresh perspectives on important issues with some of the brightest innovators, entrepreneurs, business people and reformers in the Lagos community. TEDxIkoyi is curated by Saze Osayande and Lade Ibraheem In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxIkoyi, where x = independently organized TED event.
