Users can track their own productivity and quality, conduct evaluations and benchmark the results against industry averages. The tools help establish return-on-investment and benchmark performance enabling users to take informed decisions. To ensure evaluation results are reliable, it is vital that best practices are applied. The aim of this session is to discuss best practices on using TAUS DQF and to analyze different use cases.
