• Group established with Global Solutions in 1998
• Initial focus on UK markets
• Mainland European business established in 2000

• Embarked on ambitious expansion plan in 2005,
first overseas office set up in Australia - Sydney
• From Australia we leveraged relationships into Asia,
first Asian office was set up in Hong Kong in 2007
• 2009 Second Asian office launched in Singapore with our
first sister brand Ideal Healthcare focusing on the high growth,
non cyclical healthcare markets.
