Palghar aiming at Quality Education and Training of students /
professionals.

seek more than this. Increasing importance is being placed on soft

MR. SWAPNIL KARALE
Mr. Swapnil Karale is a Pharmaceutical industry professional having
more than 12 years of experience in Training & development. He is
currently working in a leading pharmaceutical company at leadership role.
He has post graduated in Chemistry and completed diplomas in Pharma.
Management, Drug Regulatory Affairs and Industrial Safety. He has been
certified as Corporate Trainer from ACT & COB-UK and as an expert for
TQM from Vskills (Govt. of India).
He is a Motivational Speaker and Guest Lecturer at Pharmacy Colleges
and has trained many personnel in technical skills and soft skills. He is
mentoring regularly to needy personnel through online social media
