A mechanical engineer by qualification, his passion has been in the education sector all along.
With over 18 years of experience in education industry, his spectrum of experience is diverse. It
includes varied roles like School management, Education consulting, HR Consulting
&Recruitment, Training, Designing special programs and modules for competitive exams.
He has experience of establishing and running K-12 schools and has a keen eye for talent
scouting too. He delivered consulting and Recruitment services to MNCs and major companies
in IT and BPO for more than 5 yrs. He has successfully conducted management programs for
working executives as a nodal center of AIMA,Delhi. He also played an active role in various
school associations and platforms and represented school issues in state level bodies. He is an
adept trainer catering to the needs of school leaders and teachers alike. He Co-founded SPAES
organization along with Dr. Chukka Ramaiah offering services for enhancing the academic
quality of schools located in various parts of AP and preparing children for various competitive
exams.
