o Supporting Legal remediation for Asset Management operations for a leading US BFS company
As Senior Manager (PMO)
• Administering lean initiatives for the voice SL business

o Creating, mapping & monitoring revenue targets, GM & GP targets for each of the Delivery Leaders

Reports, CCO for approx. 3800 – 4200 agents of global sites
• Pivotal in creating & managing a comprehensive shift bid process including periodic shift bids, vacation approvals,
extended leaves, staffing events & scheduled training
• Pioneered in maintaining over 45% of GM since the inception of the process in August ‘07
• Acknowledged for meeting the SLA of 100% since the program inception
• Played a key role in providing assistance to RMG for entire BPO entailing manpower planning, bench management,
support ratios and capacity planning & hiring plan
• End to end managing tasks to implementing PS Hire for BPO Tower
• Got the opportunity of representing:
o BPO tower for Integrated Program Office (A one stop shop used to assess/analyse opportunities with our
internal stake holders in identifying strategic locations to support our clients)
o BPO for the IM track project aiming at automation of reports across all the towers
As Manager – Central Resource Management Team (CRMT)
• Entrusted with the responsibility of managing an entire work force for Intra Day Support from Mar‘05 - Mar ’05
• Functioned as Shift Planner to prepare the shift plan in line with the requirement and identified the required BOS is
available while maintaining 99% adherence
• Played a key role in managing the scheduling of 5 processes encompassing 3000 agents including approx. 2000 for
Indian Telecom Giant and min. 60 for Indian Banking Process
