1. Acrylic emulsion for internal walls & ceiling from Berger-L103 Pearl Star color.
2. External weather proof coat for all external walls with texture from Jotun-
RAL1001 color.
3. Above ground protective coating system for all external foundation from
Fosroc-Grey color.
4. Chemical /oil resistance epoxy coating for oil tanks, pit, transformer floor &
wall from Fosroc-Grey.
5. Above ground protective coating system for cable cellar Wall, Beam & Columns
from Fosroc-Beige color.
6. Dust proof coating system for F & G Room-Transparent color.
7. All Metal works from Jotun-RAL7035 Light Grey.

Steps involves in painting system
11. Surface Preparation.
1.Before starting of the painting activity , need to take clearance from the
concern department to proceed.
2.Surface should be line & levelled from horizontal & vertical faces.
3. Any architectural finishes like grove, elevation needs to be check.
4.Any defects like Blow hole , honeycomb , cracks , shrinks & uneven surfaces
should be repaired with approved material & methods.
5. Repaired Surface should be cured as per manufacture recommendation.
6.Proper sandpaper or Emery needs to apply over dry surface to roughen glossy
surface so paint will be adhere better.
7.Dust & dirt if any need to clean up .

14. Application of primer coat.
1.Before starting the job need to check whether competent skill person available
or not for a desired job.
2.Surface should be free from the moisture & dust.
3. Manufacture Recommendation for application of primer needs to be followed .
4. Material expiry, material storage & material approval needs to be check before
starting of the painting job.
5. Proper PPE & other safety requirements needs to be followed for painting job.
6. primer needs to be mixed properly with stirrer before starting application.
7. Primer or Sealer coat has to be apply uniformly and eventually over the dry
surface .
8.Dust & dirt if any need to clean up .

1.Before starting the job need to check whether competent skill person available or not for
desired job.
2.Surface should be free from the moisture & dust.
3. Manufacture Recommendation for application of Intermediate coat needs to be followed .
4. Material expiry, material storage & material approval needs to be check before starting the
painting job.
5. Proper PPE & other safety requirement needs to be followed for painting job.
6.Minium Over laying period of primer to intermediate coat & previous activity approval needs
to be check.
7.Intermediate coat needs to be mixed properly with stirrer before starting application.
8. Intermediate coat has to be apply uniformly and eventually over the primer surface .
9. Thickness & appearance of intermediate coat should be uniform after application as per the
manufacturer recommendation.

activity approval needs to be check.

coated surface .
8. Thickness & appearance of Finishing coat should be uniform as per the
