Office Manager-

• Leadership and effectiveness in guiding the work team. The only office within P. R. in reaching the
target by established sales by the company, in the 2013 Tax Season.
• Established business partnerships with managers of different stores and banks, offering a corporate
discount to the employees of these stores.
• All the managers had the opportunity to collaborate with the company's pricing policy. For my part the
discount prices of from the Forms 481.1 and the base price of the PR Returns (short forms -2013) was
suggested by me, and then implemented by the company in all offices.
• Design and coordination of marketing plan and promotion in the office. The same included: develop lists
of prospects, pages, a table of promotion and distribution of flyers in the stores of the mall. Support in the
creation of flyers in the company.
• Supervision and mentoring of 2 university interns. Teaching and training them in the preparation of the
PR Return.
• Coordinating a promotional activity for the company in the Activity: “5 Dias con Nuestra Tierra” of the
UPR: Mayaguez Campus.
• Sales of the Mayaguez office team in the Tax Season 2014 exceeded the sales of the 2013 Tax Season
in $6,000 approximately; through the effective leadership and initiative in sales that promotes the
manager to its team of work. The company did not set sales goal for the office this season.
