Google Plus has recently changed their interface; Here are instructions to schedule and start a Google Hangout On Air.

2. Google Plus is a social media site to connect and share with
others. One of the greatest features is Hangout on Air, where
you can meet virtually via video, and broadcast it to the world
via YouTube. Google Plus recently updated their interface, so
these are the updated instruction.

3. On the left hand side of your
Google Plus account, Hover
over “Home”.
Move down to “Hangouts” to
start a Google Hangout.

4. A new feature is “Schedule a Hangout On Air”
where you can schedule a hangout days before you want to start it.
This is a great way ti start building your audience.

5. Give your Hangout a
Title, Description, and set
a time for when you
when you want to
schedule the Hangout.
Also select the Audience
that you wish to receive
a notification for the
hangout.

6. Now that your event is
scheduled, Go to the “Events”
Section. And Click into the
Event that you have just
created.

7. Here you will see the the START Button for the “Instagram Training Event”.
When you are ready to go live, click this button.

8. Quick Tip:
Looking for what the Embed
Code and URL that will be
used for the Hangout? The
Details Box on the Event has
a section for links!
