Experience
Organizational Development
• Implemented and monitored a plan to assess personnel strengths and mission capacity to establish goals and
objectives for the Quo Vadis Institute in Salzburg, Austria resulting in a higher number of completed projects
than any previous year.
• Designed and implemented employee training and staff effectiveness classes for Mosaic Church that enhanced
staff participation and credibility in all ministry activities.
Communication
• Wrote articles, edited all material and managed production of a quarterly magazine for Sola Scriptura
Ministries, Orlando that increased in circulation each month over the 2-year lifespan of the product.
• Wrote and published an action/adventure novel that has increased in sales each year through Amazon.com.
• Wrote and published a study and training manual on Christian theology currently being used in several
churches in the United States and Africa, as well as by the US Military overseas.
• Developed and taught a continuing education course for adults in basic theology & biblical history that is now
used in two churches and has increased in attendance each year by over 200%.
Social/Community
• Designed and implemented an orphan adoption project in Axum, Ethiopia that has reduced the number of
street orphans by more than 70% and also eliminated the stigma attached to being an orphan.
• Coordinated and implemented a clean water project for two cities in Ethiopia that has nearly eliminated
dysentery and other parasitic infections for more than 50,000 people.
• Developed and produced a video detailing effective overseas missions programs and costs now used to obligate
missions resources in over 50 churches in the United States.
• Planned and coordinated a social event for over 300 guests at the Holy Land Experience, Orlando, FL to
commemorate the opening of the Scriptorium.
• Initiated a service to help veterans develop a whiteboard animation video to help them network their skills and
abilities on a wider scale to find work after leaving the military.
Technology
• Developed an on-line customer survey for community affairs and projects, Heritage Hills, FL that
automatically tabulates answers reducing processing time for management from weeks to hours.
• Designed and created the website for Quo Vadis Institute, Whiteboard Resume and Fideles.org. Responsible
for the updating, maintenance and technical aspects of the sites.
Construction
• Coordinated planning, contracting and construction of 24,000 sq ft new building and renovation of current
facility for Mosaic Church in Oakland, FL that came in under budget and on time.
• Contracted and supervised 100,000 sq ft renovation of office space for Sola Scriptura in Orlando, FL that was
completed under budget.
