systems
WHO
defines
as
“all
organiza2ons,
people
and
ac2ons
whose
primary
intent
is
to
promote,
restore
or
maintain
health”,
including
efforts
to
address
the
determinants
of
health,
besides
direct
ac2vi2es
to
improve
health.
Elements
of
health
systems
interact
together
to
form
a
complex
system,
and
the
health
system
interacts
with
the
wider
context
within
which
it
is
situated.
These
interac2ons
affect
the
achievement
of
goals
for
health
systems.
