 Take telephonic interview of short listed candidates to check their communication skills & confidence
label, find out the complete information about consultant like- their availability, current location, status,
rates, employer details and how much they score them self as per the requirement and evaluate them
Thorough exposure of recruitment in USA Market, staffing services and various internal hiring
processes such a as Permanent and contract position to Hire.
 Negotiate salary with engineers (with or without benefit).
 Very much comfortable dealing with US Citizen & GC Holder.
 Handling the full recruitment cycle of USA and India.
 Follow up with the vender for the feedback, hand-holding candidates till they join the company

3) People Management:
 Employee Relations: Acting as single point of contact for the associates and managers in the business unit.

 Employee Engagement: Conducting employee engagement activities so as to reduce the stress level of the
employees.
 Plan and organize all Employee Engagement activities like organizing
Birthday celebration, Diwali celebrations, refreshment parties etc
