Podcasting: A Definition According to Lim (2005:1), podcasting involves: “the authoring of, and subscription to, audio and/or video files on the internet for downloading to the user’s personal computer”. Furthermore Bausch & Han (2006:1) state, Podcasting : “enables users to quickly and easily download multimedia files, including audio and video, for playback on mobile devices including iPods™ and other MP3 players”  (Dale, C. (2007) Strategies for Using Podcasting to Support Student Learning. Journal of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism Education 6(1), 49-57)
