Redbourn business systems was formed in 1994 by its current managing director, Steve Cast. It came about after Wilkins Computer systems went into receivership and Steve, who was their technical director, approached a couple of other key personnel within Wilkins with a view to forming a company to maintain ex-Wilkins customers.
