3. Understanding Self
Values: Learning more about my values show me what
makes me passionate as a leader, and what is
important to me.
Strengths: Learning more about my strengths show me
what my strengths are as a leader and how I can use
them to be a better leader.
Knowledge: Learning more about different leadership
styles and leadership in general allows me to decide
what kind of leader I want to be.

By building meaningful relationships with others
By always smiling and by never giving up on a
problem.
By always including everyone regardless of their race,
gender, religion, etc.
By setting goals for myself, and by thinking not only

difference in the future

Transformational: By inspiring others to be good people
and make a difference in the world. In particular by
inspiring people to work with the Wounded Warrior
Project.
Relational: By listening and collaborating with others in
particular on group projects. By not taking control.

To start and run the Wounded Warrior Project as a club
on campus.
To honor and empower wounded warriors through
fundraising and volunteer work.
To make a difference in someone else’s life and in the
