Established in 2007 by Managing Director, Stephen Donoghue, Platinum
Recruitment Services has grown from a first year turnover of circa ÂŁ4 million to a
recently announced turnover of circa ÂŁ7 million. As a result of our continued
growth we are now expanding our operations in England by opening offices in
Manchester and Newcastle.
Our business objective is to provide a first class quality recruitment service
tailored towards our client’s individual requirements. Our trade’s people are
carefully vetted in order that we can deliver the right candidate for the job with
particular emphasis on Health and Safety. The company has BS EN ISO
9001:2008 Quality Assurance accreditation which has only been achieved by
about 5% of UK businesses in our field. This prestigious award is supported by
the Government and widely recognized by our peers.
Our success is measured by over 85% repeat business and partner relationships
with several blue chip companies in addition the companies achievements have
been recognized by the business fraternity in West Lothian and Scotland with a
nomination fore the “Best New Start Company” in Scotland 2007 and winner of
the “Company of the Year Award in West Lothian 2009”. On a personal level
Stephen Donoghue was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year Award in West
Lothian 2009. More recently Platinum have won the “High Growth & Innovation
Award 2011 from West Lothian Chamber of Commerce.
