The project manager is responsible for overseeing $25 million worth of corporate growth projects from 2016 to 2017. This includes remodeling multiple regional offices between 5,500 and 10,000 square feet each across Kentucky, as well as a complete renovation of a 112,650 square foot state office building over four floors. The project manager must manage weekly meetings, review construction plans, develop schedules, oversee relocations of over 400 employees, and monitor contractors and budgets for all projects.
