intelligence displayed by humans and animals.
• IBM’s Watson or Apple’s Siri are both common AI
examples.

by being able to handle repetitive and learnable
tickets submitted by customers.

• It has been common place in manufacturing for
quite some time, but is growing and expanded
across multiple industries and commercially

• Automated video surveillance is being talked about
more and more.

connected to the internet and the data they
exchange.
• Online capable devices from Refrigerators, to Farm
Equipment and Google Home.

1• The real value comes from the data the devices
collect. If a company’s printer is running low on ink,
more can be automatically ordered.
• High level Solution Providers could be using IoT on
each managed device to track the downtime, ROI
or productivity of each device.
