3. Using this interface seems for you?
Very positive perception of the interface on the whole population. "Simple" tops the list of citations,
followed closely by « Motivating." No brake technology and a beneficial effect on the involvement of
candidates who praise this way of applying.

4. How would you qualify the possibility to see your results at the end of
the questionnaire?
The opportunity for candidates to view their results at the end of the questionnaire is highly appreciated
especially by non-eligible who consider that “Honest". Visualizing their results compensates for possible
disappointment and strengthens the dimension “Transparent" of this screening form.

No negative comments about the methodology that is considered “Innovative” and meet the
expectations of candidates. Again the “Motivating” side of the tool is revealed.

The verbatim confirm the teachings revealed by the previous questions. Aspects “Fast, Motivating,
