o Only APSCo members are able to participate
o Working closely with participating members to ensure they follow our best practice guidelines
o Receive personal development feedback from a dedicated mentor
o At least 3-days formal recruitment specific training and development in addition to on-the-job
training
o Working with Thomas International Receive a personal psychometric profile via to highlight
strengths and development areas

18. The APSCo Process
⢠You will receive an initial call within a fortnight of applying to confirm
your interest and availability
⢠You will then receive a link to the Thomas International personality
profile
⢠We will then schedule a time for a competency based interview which
should take approx 10 minutes. Interviews will take place end of
March onwards.
⢠You will then be matched to individual roles with a view to
interviewing from Easter onwards.
