that largely remain undeveloped and there are a diverse range of
high value investment opportunities that Solutions East Africa
may be able to facilitate for suitable and committed foreign
investors.
The investment opportunities are wide ranging and include but
are not limited to:
MINING AND ENERGY RESOURCES
HYDROCARBON DEVELOPMENT

hydrocarbon deposits with many opportunities yet to be
exploited. Solutions East Africa seeks industry partners able
to add value to the competitive advantage offered by SEA in
respect to CSR and regional knowledge, understanding and
networks;
HARD ROCK RESOURCES INCLUDING GOLD
AND COPPER
A range of hard rock mineral resources are found across East
Africa. Solutions East Africa has the opportunity to access some
key licence areas with suitable industry partners with an initial
focus on gold;
GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES
East Africa is located in a major geological and active volcanic
belt, geothermal resources are highly prospective and
commercially viable. Combined with a rapidly increasing demand
for electricity, given a growing population and economy, there is
significant commercial potential in the development of additional
geothermal resources. Solutions East Africa will assist in the
facilitation of access to sites with high geothermal potential;
GEM STONE RESOURCES – EXTRACTION
AND VALUE ADDING
Northern Tanzania is the focus of a diverse range of gemstone
resources including the extremely rare Tanzanite, Green Garnet,
Ruby, Green tourmaline and others. Solutions East Africa is able
