Stefan Lungu has been working for Stefanini between October 2014 and July 2016 as a
member of a team providing Help Desk services to Philip Morris. I was and still am the
service owner from Philip Morris side and that is how I was acquainted to Stefan.
Within Help Desk team Stefan quickly positioned himself as an experienced specialist and
great team player. I have also provided him with task of increasing criticality and always
received good results.
Stefan’s greatest asset is emotional intelligence followed by communication skills. He is an
opened person, always happy to help, not afraid to ask questions to find solutions.
Stefan also has a sound IT knowledge and working knowledge of IT standards such as ITIL.
I believe he can be a great asset to any organization, especially in customer services and IT.
