 Has the team tested the idea in the market in some way?
 Who is/are their first customers/users?
 Is the team focused on their target market?
 Does the team have the necessary communication skills to present a compelling story?
 What’s the team’s role in implementing the business idea?
 Does the team have a clear investment plan?
 Is the business plan complete and well written?
