9. The goal of this resource To spread the basic knowledge of usability and UX across Lithuania (I see growing interest but I suspect poor knowledge) To provide enough information for companies to be able to test the UX of their products THEMSELVES (I believe this is the most effective way to improve quality of most of websites, as opposed to ordering UX testing services from UX companies. Ordering UX testing can be effective only in some cases, which are rare in small countries like LT.) To make my CV look better
12. working spaceI need: advice (discussion) What to do: Come to my TechCamp presentation: “DIY: testing User Experience with real users” and discuss the topic with me: What do you know about UX? Have you tried this kind of testing? How it worked? What kind of information are you interested in? Can this be useful in LV, EE, FI? PL? Other countries? ...other questions?
13. Idea: to focus on two types of readers Those who are developing a new interface and need it to: come out as user-friendly as possible and do it within strict time/money limits Those who have a (poorly) working interface and need to: understand what the problems are, improve the interface, and compare the new interface to the old in order to know if the improvement was successful
