I would most love to work in the sports industry. Specifically, sports
marketing and media which is my chosen major. Sports have always been
a passion of mine. I have always loved anything competitive and that
makes you work harder. Being in the marketing and media field, I have a lot
of opportunities when it comes to working behind the scenes with sports
agencies, teams and professional organizations. My dream would be to
work for ESPN in some aspect once my degree is complete.

❖ I have experience implementing strategies when it comes
to sales and what works out for the customer. In marketing
there are a lot of strategic planning taking place to see what
works for the market. I understand that at times things can
be down and slow and that where I would come in.
Positioning
I have been self driven from a young age to achieve my goals and
dreams. My competitor will take this position because they need a
job I will take this position because I want a career in something I
am passionate about. A mother of 3 doesn’t waste time putting in
the work. If you want to see someone multitask and handle high
pressure situations and get the job done, then that’s me.

sports world and who will have to know who I am. They
are not only sports affiliated but they are
affiliated as entertainers. They are constantly looking for
ways to grow their audience and their customer base.
They want to know how to appeal to more people.

Twitter is a great place to do that when it comes
to social media. LinkedIn would be my route to
securing professional relationships. With Twitter
I can create my buzz and following in the sports
world by posting my options and links to related
topics. LinkedIn will enable me to connect with
those already where I want to be.

  • 2. Sports Marketing and Media I would most love to work in the sports industry. Specifically, sports marketing and media which is my chosen major. Sports have always been a passion of mine. I have always loved anything competitive and that makes you work harder. Being in the marketing and media field, I have a lot of opportunities when it comes to working behind the scenes with sports agencies, teams and professional organizations. My dream would be to work for ESPN in some aspect once my degree is complete.

I have worked with people for years and am able to build rapport quickly and develop personal relationships in order to help not only myself, but my company and the customer as well. My work history has grown me from the bottom to where I am now; with management experience and a list of skills I can take with me to my future employer.

  • 7. Promise ❖ I have experience implementing strategies when it comes to sales and what works out for the customer. In marketing there are a lot of strategic planning taking place to see what works for the market. I understand that at times things can be down and slow and that where I would come in.
  • 8. Positioning I have been self driven from a young age to achieve my goals and dreams. My competitor will take this position because they need a job I will take this position because I want a career in something I am passionate about. A mother of 3 doesn’t waste time putting in the work. If you want to see someone multitask and handle high pressure situations and get the job done, then that’s me.
  • 9. Audience ESPN NFL MLS MLB WNBA NIKE ADIDAS UNDER ARMOUR These are all companies who are predominant in the sports world and who will have to know who I am. They are not only sports affiliated but they are affiliated as entertainers. They are constantly looking for ways to grow their audience and their customer base. They want to know how to appeal to more people.

Twitter is a great place to do that when it comes to social media. LinkedIn would be my route to securing professional relationships. With Twitter I can create my buzz and following in the sports world by posting my options and links to related topics. LinkedIn will enable me to connect with those already where I want to be.

I feel I compare fairly well to my competitors however it will be difficult to compete with those who do have experience and are applying to the same job as me.
