For example, on facebook people who are 13 and over are allowed to use it. And users who are 18 and over cannot access users under 13 unless they are registered under a high school or college. Networking sites are easy to use if you know the basic uses of using the internet and a computer. When you are using a social networking site you just have register and make sure you follow the rules of the website
