This document contains a questionnaire for a survey on social and ecological problems faced by young and old generations in Romania. The survey is part of a Comenius project called "The fairy tale of the European g(old)en future." The questionnaire asks respondents to provide extended answers on the most serious social problem, most serious ecological problem, and other problems in their country. It then summarizes the common issues identified for young and old generations in Romania based on responses from 15 students and 15 seniors. The most frequent social problems identified were low living standards due to financial crisis and high unemployment. The most frequent ecological problems identified were lack of waste processing units and unhealthy food with many additives.
