IMPORTANT?
You bet it is. Oregon code only requires a certain
standard, while we choose to build homes at 30-40%
above code. This means, more insulation, air filters
for healthier breathing, virtually allergen free air,
safer flooring and paint low voc’s, energy-efficient
lighting fixtures, faucets and appliances. Enjoy
comfort and cost savings with energy-efficient water
heaters and heat units. A thermal envelope for home
exteriors and energy efficient windows and doors
keep homes dry and temperate. As a result of these
practices your home is healthy and green with lower
monthly utilities bills than other code built homes.

WATER EFFICIENCY
Faucets, showers, baths and toilets typically account for two-
thirds of a home’s daily indoor water use. Outdoor water usage
accountsfor30%ofthedailyconsumptionofpotablewaterinthe
US. LEED rewards homes that install high-efficiency fixtures and
fittings, and encourages use of rainwater or recycled graywater
