Responsible for providing guests with world-class ‘education’ and guest experience in the areas of product, culture, and community. In charge of creating and maintaining relationships with Research and Development program members. Take part in re-merchandising the store on a bi-weekly basis. In charge of listening to a monthly design conference which I report back to the team. Collect design feedback from guests and report to designers once a month. Attend community fitness classes to build brand awareness.
