Upcoming Workshops & Seminars
Authenticity & Power
in the Midlife Passage
Workshop
(January 30, 2015, from 5:30-8pm)
The midlife passage is a profound
time of change in a woman’s life.
Participating in this workshop will help you
to see the gifts that can be cultivated from
moving through this passage. You will
break out of old destructive mindsets to
claim authenticity, personal power, and
wholeness.
We will explore mind, body, emotion
and spirit as it relates to this life passage. We
will discover your symbols,
archetypes, and relational patterns to
understand strengths and pitfalls.
We will use narrative, journaling,
dreams, imagery, as well as helpful
educational tools.
Come join me and other supportive
women on the path of authenticity and power.
Call now to save a place…perhaps with a
friend.
I help people who are wrestling with depression, anxiety,
transitions of all kinds (mid-life, career, marital, divorce,
retirement, illness, loss), relationship difficulties, creative
blocks, grief, crises in self-esteem, lack of inspiration & vitality,
lack of direction, existential crises, spiritual growth, energy
blocks.
The struggles that bring people to me…

This workshop is
designed to bring people to
the Centered place within
themselves, to reawaken a
sense of awe and beauty in
the every day, to cultivate a
sense of mindfulness and
presence that will open
them up to deeper
connection with others,
with events in their lives,
with nature, with spirit
(however each person
defines it).
By cultivating
presence and
centeredness, we activate
the synchronistic (to
borrow from Carl Jung)
events that help us live
more purposely, more
meaningfully, and more
fully.
Within a warm and
supportive environment,
we will use meditation (not
tied to a particular
tradition), singing bowls,
music, and imagery to
deepen relaxation and to
create inner stillness and
centeredness. We will use
certain exercises to shift
out of limiting and self-
destructive patterns of
thinking into a more
joyous, harmonious
perspective. We will
activate playfulness and
spontaneity. We will
access the wellspring of
creativity, well-being,
and peace we can
cultivate in our lives
every day.
Come join us for
an enriching,
transformative
experience.

borrows from
several.
