maltosemolekyle til glucose. Jeg tror, den er lavet ud fra det vedhæftede billede, hvor jeg lige har sat lidt forklaring
ind. AMG er et meget stort produkt og bruges til
1) 1. generations bioethanol
2) Stivelseindustri (fremstilling af glucosesirup (og heraf fructosesirup))
3) Juice/bryg/konsumalkohol
