• Release Management: Worked as a Release Manager for large scale release of huge billing systems in telecom
comprising of 15000-20000 hours of project deliveries and co-ordinate various release activities and meeting the
deadlines. Co-ordinate with various stake holders like senior management from CSC and Clients, Testing Teams,
Configuration Teams, Development teams.
• Test Management: Co-Ordinating the development team and testing team in getting the test plans and cases prepared as
per the use cases designed. Making sure all the requirements are met and tracking all the defects to closure raised in various
levels of testing (System, Smoke, Integration and Acceptance Testing). Preparing dashboards and metrics to analyze the
serious defects and make sure the defects/scenarios are not repeated in future and tested thoroughly.
• Business Development and Pre-Sales: Worked on various RFP’s/RFI’s in Telecom New business development by
providing eTOM based OSS/BSS technical and functional solutions. Ability to build solutions through strategy formulation,
operational design and execution. Doing a thorough application analysis and coming out with estimates for the bid’s.
Overall participation in end to end bid management and providing the BAFO to customer. Participating in Due-
Diligence sessions as required.
