Most of my work revolves around thinking about how adaptive approaches to software development can have an impact on how we execute product development, sales, marketing, and even organizational structure itself. I help identify problems and support the schemata and data interpretation that drive solutions. Our approach is nonlinear and constantly refining, and is contingent upon working with teams of highly dedicated people who share in the vision. I plan, framework, connect, build contingency, and then help steer the ship when it all goes to hell and the deck is on fire.
