the functions.

Passive – They should be able to run searches that find candidates
ANYWHERE on the internet (technical user groups, blogs, technical
forums, bios, personal webpages, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn Accounts,
white papers, code repositories, etc.)
Detectives – They must be able to ask the right questions of the
candidates, drilldown to their experience and not take anything for face
value.
