Talent). It will make our life easier by framing the Boolean search.
• Once you’ve created your Boolean search string, you can input it
into social channels or into Google and target your potential
candidates.

• Enter your keywords. If you want to create a Boolean search, click
“Add Criteria”
• In the Show results from, click “Open Web”
• In the location and State, look for which location you would like to
search resumes
• In the File Type, Select the type of File.
– MSWORD – It will pull out Word documents
– PDF – It will pull out PDF documents
– Web Page – It will pull out HTML and PHP files.
