Please print and sign this form and email it to us as soon as possible after booking a party.

1. Policies and Procedures
Parking: It is your responsibility to ensure there is enough space at the party
location for our team to park and unload our spa equipment safely.
Reservations/Deposits: We require a $100 deposit at the time of booking to
reserve the date and time you requested. The remaining balance is required 4
days before the event date. If your party is booked less than a week prior to the
event date, the full amount is required at the time of booking. Please make sure
whomever is booking the event is the point of contact for the party.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: We completely understand that life happens, and
rescheduling is not an issue with us. Please allow at least 24 hours to reschedule
and 72 hours to cancel. The $100 deposit will not be returned if cancelled after
the 72-hour period.
Travel Fee’s: We will travel 20 miles outside of Boise. If you wish to have a
Wildflower Mobile Spa party and you live outside the 20-mile radius a $20 travel
charge will be applied for every 20 miles. Due to unpredictable traffic, we may
need to adjust party times when travelling to further locations.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is required 4 days before the event. Should
you book your event less than a week in advance the full amount is required at the
time of booking. Please make sure whomever is booking the event is the point of
contact for the event. We accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, and
Apple Cash.

2. Set up: In general, set up for a party once we have arrived will take around 45
minutes. We will let the host parent know when we are ready to go. Once the event
has concluded, it will take about 30 minutes to breakdown and depart.
Boho Picnic Set Up: We will deliver and set up everything needed. If set up is
outside, it is the hosts responsibility to bring everything to a safe are if the weather
takes a turn for the worst. Depending on the event time, this could be an overnight
rental. No food is provided for the picnic.
Final Head Count: Please give us the final headcount with the final payment at
least 4 days prior to the event. The guest count will help us prepare and get
supplies for the event.
Wildflower Hostesses: Wildflower Hostesses are not licensed technicians or
cosmetologists. All services are just for fun and entertainment. There will be at
least 2 hostesses at the party at all times for parties or 8 or more.
Beverage: Our beverage options are sealed and not opened before the party has
started. Once the party has begun, a Wildflower hostess will serve the choice of
beverage to each guest.
Substitutions: Our party packages are preplanned out. No substitutions will be
offered but you may add on any service under our add on menu to your desired
package.
Guest Participation: No guest will be forced to do any party activity that they do
not wish to participate in. However due to time constraints, we will not be able to
go back to an activity if they wish to do it later. Guests who arrive late to the party
will not be able to have any service that has already been completed before their
arrival. Wildflower hostesses will only wait up to 15 minutes after the event time
to begin their services for additional guests to arrive.
Damages: Accidents will happen, and we completely understand! However, you
may be charged for any damages that are sustained to our spa equipment.
Health and Safety: Before applying any of the products we will always test a
small area on each guest to make sure they will not have any reaction. All spa
equipment and clothing items are cleaned and sanitized before using on another
guest.

3. *Please let us know if any guests have allergies that we should be aware of before
the party. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction or other medical reaction
that may occur from Wildflower Mobile Spa services.
Inclement Weather, Illnesses, Mechanical Issues: Wildflower Mobile Spa
reserves the right to reschedule an event in the case of unforeseen circumstances
such as severe weather, mechanical issues, or critical illnesses. If you do not wish
to reschedule, we will offer you a full refund on the services.
By signing below, I hereby acknowledge that I have completely read and fully
understand the Wildflower Mobile Spa policies and procedures. I understand that
the Wildflower Hostesses are NOT licensed technicians or cosmetologists and
agree to the terms above.
