GOING
One of the clear messages coming out of the debates is that we
need to keep having the kind of conversations we had that night.
People don’t all understand the case for change so it’s up to us to
make sure it’s known, and then conversation can move on to
talking about real action.
It’s also up to us to make sure that the conversation reaches and
includes everyone in the organisation.

ATTITUDES
If we don’t change attitudes, nothing will ever change. We need to
change the norm and that means starting at the very beginning.
By constantly working away and modelling the attitude you want
to see, change will gradually begin.

TAKE ACTION
“Be the change when it comes to diversity” and ask yourself “If
not you, who?” If you just focus on one aspect of diversity you
won't get diverse thinking.
