Access Rights Manager manages/audits user access to AD, Azure AD, Exchange,
SharePoint, OneDrive, and file servers.
• Help reduce remote IT workload through a self-service portal and delegation of
access rights management

Here are some specific NIST controls that map to ARM to help you manage your security posture:
1. AU-6, audit, analyze, and review the access control report; perform the changes right from ARM
by analyzing user permission to enterprise assets and report findings during a security incident,
chain of custody, forensic investigation, or compliance
2. Adhere to ITIL process improvement via automation and NIST 800-53 ACC_2 access control
permission request where the resources owner is required to grant requests and AC-3
recommencement of access by having that approval steps first
3. Owners-AC-2/ account management. AC-6 least privilege for users to have the necessary rights
required to do the job access base on job role/function where access to resources in SharePoint or
AD is only based on job role and no other access is granted
4. Adhere to NIST AC-5 separation of duties and by ensuring no collusion or conflict of interested
user proving access and member granting access by reviewing users with administrative rights and
privileges account base on their job role and function AC-3 access enforcement by updating ACL
and assigning file permission based on the data owner workflow
