4. Nanotechnology
The problem of nanotechnology application in medicine consists in necessity
of cell structure change on molecular level, i.e, carry out “molecular surgery”
via nanobots.
Molecular robot doctors are expected to “live” inside the human’s body
removing all appearing damages or avert the ones.
Nanobots would be able to repare the cells by manipulating atoms and
molecules.
Robot doctors are expected to appear in the first half of the XXI century.
In reality nanomedicine doesn’t exist, because there are only projects that can
be implemented into medicine and will make aging revoke possible.
However nanotechnologies appear to be more than simply perspective as
cardinal decision of aging problem.
5. Conflicts and complications.
Over the past ten years the words “innovative way of development” and
“innovative economics” have become something a kind of an invocation in
the environment of governmental elite and have replaced the main words
of 90s connected with word “marketable”.
Nevertheless, in spite of the situation in the country there appears an
impression that these words are just a fashionable slogan for
overwhelming majority.
6. Innovative economics needs medical science of
the highest level.
Innovative economics needs the medical science of the highest level that
develops new products, the system of market approbation and selection of the
most efficient among them and mechanisms of organization of new
pharmaceutical and medical equipment factories.
The result is a benefit that defrays all expenses for creation and
implementation of innovations. Herewith the benefit is got as a result of
introduction of new products and technologies but not as a result of raw materials
or products of their primary processing trade and not as a result of speculation by
finished medical goods, realty or land.
7. Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of National
Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU)
