Projects/Achievements
 Completed project to identify gaps and implement its action plan in terms of manufacturing and quality aspects to launch
VPI project Class 2 designed for America market(to reduce quality and manufacturing defects)
 Has worked with Corporate Indirect Purchasing team for Vendor/Supplier consolidation for both plants to improve purchasing
activity and to eradicate discrepancy for materials used in both plants. Reduced revenue expense by 2-3%.
 Lead the Tech Center testing upgradation project to improve testing methods by ensuring timely procurement of new
equipment/system to expedite launch of pre-alpha and alpha build of Class 1 VPI projects.
 Completed Six Sigma project for improvement in machine downtime by 1% by improving spare management for critical
machines.
 Coordinated in statutory compliance activity related to Consent from State Pollution Control Board.
