Senior MIS Analyst
- Responsible for running sales MISs that covers KPIs, KPAs, customer segmentation and analytical support for
Direct Sales, RBG
- Design dashboards to reflect product and sales level productivity, cross sell penetration, paybacks, attrition
and performance management
- Specify, deploy, enhance and leverage CRM tools and software applications to help sales achieve targets on
leads and opportunities
- Recommend segment specific campaigns and drive them to closure
- Work on automation and digitization of existing processes and reports to be at par with international
competitors
- Innovate and suggest new avenues to tap new segments, drive new and incremental sales, enhance revenue
and reduce costs
- Propose, implement and execute various boosters and campaigns across sales to enhance productivity for
low performing segments
Mashreq Bank - May 2014 – March 2016
MIS Analyst
Working in Sales Governance & Planning department in retail banking where my primary job responsibilities include
- Responsible for running sales MISs that covers KPIs, KPAs, customer segmentation and analytical support for
Direct Sales, RBG
- Analyze data available from various resources to project and forecast for upcoming quarter/month/week.
- Prepare various analytics for the current incentive schemes to review the current parameters and improvise
these schemes based on detailed analysis of performance
- Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile sales data on a monthly basis to ensure accurate incentive
payouts
- Create dashboards for all teams within the sales unit to monitor their performance on a daily basis
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports for the management to further understand the business across all
products and segments
- Prepare process notes and SLAs to ensure smooth flow of operations between all departments

Along with the responsibilities assigned as a sales co-ordinator, following tasks were also included in my job
profile
- Coordination of multiple finance products including Property & Auto Finance for all front end channels in
Retail Banking for Dubai Bank
- MIS generation for Head of Sales to monitor performance of relationship officers in terms of productivity
- Working closely with the Customer Experience and Quality team to ensure timely processing of finance
applications and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Temporary Backup for MIS analyst reporting directly to Head of Business Planning and Analysis to prepare
detailed MIS across the entire retail department for the business professionals to monitor daily sales
numbers, achievement vs. target analysis, charting and other similar reports to provide a dashboard report
- Exposure to corporate credit environment as an analyst where primary responsibilities include analyzing
balance sheet, P&L statements and cash flow statements for small and medium enterprises to assess lending
decisions

Sales co-ordinator and MIS analyst - Cards and Personal Finance
- Prepare MIS on a daily basis for all retail products in the sales department and also to monitor individual
performance of relationship officers on a daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
