project
 A wise organisation always makes sure that they get more out of a
project than they put in
• Business Case ►living product
 Benefits must be measurable
• Money, Time, Etc
 In many cases it is impossible to measure all benefit before the
project ends
 Business Case lists benefits but not how and when they will be
measured
