2. LWC Components
Requirement: Accommodating Lightning Web Components inside
Tableau CRM to customize KPI’s and Datatable as per the requirement.
SOLUTION :
• HPE requirement is to show customize clickable KPI’s that we
can filter data into more depth. We acquired this feature with
the help of lwc component. We created this component using
HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding.
• Once We accommodate it in our dashboards, You will be now
able to click all the KPI’s and the dashboard will get filtered out
according to that selection.
• Second Requirement is to create one LWC customize datatable
that has some features like search bar, clickable values and
links inside table and Download table in CSV.
• We also created this lwc datable component using HTML, CSS
and JavaScript coding.

3. Data Refresh Time
Requirement: Pulling Data Refresh time by analytics API in lwc to show data
refresh time of the database Object.
SOLUTION :
• HPE requirement is to show data refresh time as per
user locale time.
• Once We accommodate it in our dashboards, User
will be able to see the data refresh time as per his
locale time zone on the dashboards.
• We created this data refresh time using lwc and aura
component.

4. Development of Incident and Insights
Dashboard
Requirement: To develop incident dashboard for showing customers issue
raised and Insights dashboard to show all the products information.
SOLUTION :
• HPE requirement is to develop incident and insights
dashboards to represent all product information and
cases raised against the products.
• We created related KPI’s for products and cases with
some charts showing depth information. We applied
some bindings to make dashboard more dynamic.
• We also acquired external customize components
inside dashboard to fulfil requirement.
