Ionics Inc. is a US MNC who purchase a controlling stake in a local Company, Enersave
Engineering Systems Sdn Bhd and I was initially hired as the Group Financial Controller to
oversee and manage the Group’s finances.
I was promoted to the position of Finance Director within 2 years and was an active member of
the Senior Management team chaired by the MD of the Company responsible for formulating
and implementing the Groups Corporate strategies.
At Enersave Trading, I was given the additional responsibility to head and grow this small
Company. I manage to achieve RM1.5million sale sin the 1st year and exported our products to
India & Indonesia.
January 1997 - October 1997 KERTEH INDAH SDN BHD

Oriental Bank Berhad were frozen by Bank Negara. Eventually, the project was stopped and all
the staff was retrenched.
