Simon is currently a lecturer in education, and the admissions tutor for the BA (Hons.) Education with Psychology and MA Education at the University of Bath. He is also a Centre Research Associate at the Centre for Philosophy of Natural and Social Science, London School of Economics. Previously he was a program director at Canterbury Christ Church University, a lecturer in the United Arab Emirates and a school teacher for over twelve years - during this latter career he taught design, information technology and computing, key-worked students with special educational needs, and devised inclusive courses for school students.
