Take a glimpse at Simscale's new features that allow for quicker design iteration and more efficient team collaboration. In this presentation, we showcase updates to Radiation for CHT, Automatic Simulation Core Choice, and CAD Faults. For architects, urban planners, engineers, and other professionals in the AEC industry, our updates to wind simulation, including the ability to simulate 36 wind directions at once, will provide comprehensive pedestrian wind comfort analysis without ever leaving your web browser.

8. A CAD fault is a model/file/geometry that
contains ambiguous or missing information.
With this update, we will indicate what is
wrong, where the issue is, and block the
simulation from being set up.

Helping You Identify
CAD Issues
9. We are now making this choice for you:
The complexity, size, and parameters of your
simulation setup are inputted into a powerful
algorithm that selects the right number of cores.
More efficient runs with fewer core hours used.

10. the zoom target is now defined by the mouse
cursor position.
With this update, the behavior in post-
processing is aligned with the pre-processing
viewer experience.

11. This update allows the selection of a point
via a click on the model. No more pesky
coordinates!

14. Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) Feature
Radiation for CHT
You are now able to assess the impact of
radiative heat transfer in conjugate heat
transfer simulation.
16. This feature allows users to define certain
regions or volumes that would correspond to
trees and bushes.
Porosity values can now be used to define
how well or how poorly the air would flow in
these zones.

19. Wind data, provided by meteoblue, can be
imported automatically.
Customers no longer need to gather and
upload wind rose information manually, it is
now possible with just the click of a mouse.
